At the end of this training:
1. You will be able to use the concept of unconscious mechanisms that affect the "purchase".
2. You will be able to recognize the specific personal characteristics of customers to plan and apply individual approaches to persuade.
3. You will develop a sensitivity to feedback (Feedback) that the customer gives.
4. You will successfully use specific techniques for working meta-level in communication with customers.

Emilian Krumov is a leading expert in corporate training in Bulgaria. He has participated and partnered in the creation of a number of professional organizations such as "The Association of Young Psychologists in Bulgaria - April 4", "Bulgarian Association of Applied Psychology", "Bulgarian Association for Training and Development", as well as corporate training organizations. He has more than 15 years of real experience in the management and development of employees, he was a manager for human resources management in international and leading Bulgarian companies. He teaches at New Bulgarian University. As a certified coach, Emilian works with medium and high level managers.

Since 2013, Emilian has been a volunteer in programs to stimulate the development of entrepreneurial culture and improve the work status of young people. (a partner of Junior Achievement Bulgaria)
